Where is my nearest repairer located?

Visit our Fleetcare Finder to find your nearest repairer.

Can I choose where the car is serviced?

Yes. With more than 10,000 approved suppliers across Australia, you’ll be spoilt for choice. All our authorised suppliers are quality checked and have pre-negotiated labour rates to make sure you’re well looked after. Plus, we deal with all the paperwork on your behalf. How do I book a service?

Booking a service with Fleetcare is as easy as one, two, three!

  1. Visit our Fleetcare Finder.
  2. Search by suburb or postcode, and the service you require.
  3. Select and book using our map and easy booking form.
Where is my nearest fuel station?

Visit our Fleetcare Finder to find your nearest fuel station.

When will I get my fuel cards?

If Fleetcare is delivering your vehicle, your fuel cards will be in your vehicle on delivery, otherwise they will be sent via post.

On the odd occasion that we have not yet received your vehicle registration number prior to delivery, the cards will be posted directly to you.

What if my fuel cards don't arrive in time? Will I be reimbursed?

Yes, just keep your fuel receipts and you will be able to claim for reimbursement when your online portal becomes active.

My fuel card has been lost/stolen. What do I do?

Call us immediately on 134 333 if your fuel card is lost or stolen. Until a missing fuel card is reported, all transactions billed against them are your responsibility.

How do I access the Novated portal?

Our Novated Portal allows you to update your details, review your FBT, lease and transaction details, and request reimbursement.

Log in to the Novated Portal using your fleet number and password. If you are a first time user, you can request a password from the login screen. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page or alternatively, call us on 134 333.

How do I access my Fleetcare Novated Lease reports?

Login to your Novated Lease Portal and you’ll find all your account information at your fingertips. You can access reports, update your personal details and take advantage of a range of online tools.

Can my family drive the car?

Yes. But just like any other private purchase, you will ultimately remain responsible for the vehicle.

I’ve just received my registration papers. What should I do with them?

Email them to us at registrations@fleetcare.com.au and we’ll do the rest.

I have paid for some expenses – how do I get the money back?

As long as they are legitimate vehicle operating expenses, you just need a valid tax receipt to claim the money back. Login to your Novated Lease Portal and you can submit your invoices online for reimbursement. Payment will be with you in just a few days.

I've taken out my own insurance. How am I reimbursed for this?

If you have chosen to take out your own insurance, you will need to pay for this yourself directly and lodge a reimbursement via your online portal. Once sufficient funds become available in your novated account, the reimbursement will be processed.

What happens if I don’t spend my entire budget?

If your account is in credit, we simply reimburse the full amount back to your employer who will pass it on to you via the normal payroll system. Or if you want to take out another lease, the credit can be rolled over to help pay for your new vehicle costs.

What happens if I find I’m travelling more/less kilometres than nominated?

The best thing to do is contact your account manager who will adjust your salary deduction and bring your payments back in line. You can amend your account at any time throughout your lease.
