If Fleetcare is delivering your vehicle, your fuel cards will be in your vehicle on delivery, otherwise they will be sent via post.
On the odd occasion that we have not yet received your vehicle registration number prior to delivery, the cards will be posted directly to you.
Yes, just keep your fuel receipts and you will be able to claim for reimbursement when your online portal becomes active.
Call us immediately on 134 333 if your fuel card is lost or stolen. Until a missing fuel card is reported, all transactions billed against them are your responsibility.
Our Novated Portal allows you to update your details, review your FBT, lease and transaction details, and request reimbursement.
Log in to the Novated Portal using your fleet number and password. If you are a first time user, you can request as password from the login screen. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page or alternatively, call us on 134 333.
Login to your Novated Lease Portal and you’ll find all your account information at your fingertips. You can access reports, update your personal details and take advantage of a range of online tools.
Yes. But just like any other private purchase, you will ultimately remain responsible for the vehicle.
As long as they are legitimate vehicle operating expenses, you just need a valid tax receipt to claim the money back. Login to your Novated Lease Portal and you can submit your invoices online for reimbursement. Payment will be with you in just a few days.
If you have chosen to take out your own insurance, you will need to pay for this yourself directly and lodge a reimbursement via your online portal. Once sufficient funds become available in your novated account, the reimbursement will be processed.
If your account is in credit, we simply reimburse the full amount back to your employer who will pass it on to you via the normal payroll system. Or if you want to take out another lease, the credit can be rolled over to help pay for your new vehicle costs.
The best thing to do is contact your account manager who will adjust your salary deduction and bring your payments back in line. You can amend your account at any time throughout your lease.
