Transaction Summary Report

Below is an explanation of what each element of the report refers to:

  1. Date invoice was issued.
  2. Summary of charges for this period grouped by product/service used.
  3. Spend for current period grouped by product/service used shown as percentage.
  4. Total amount billed this period.
  5. List of registration(s) under Cost Centre.
  6. Details of model of vehicle.
  7. Driver recorded against vehicle at the end of the period shown.
  8. Summary of all charges for a vehicle in that category.
  9. Summary of all charges of all vehicles under that Cost Centre grouped by category.
