If some of the vehicles in your fleet were recently refuelled more than once within a day using any fuel card, an exception report can be generated to notify you. The report outlines how many vehicles were refuelled more than once in a day, how much tank capacity was utilised when refuelling, and how much fuel was utilised before refilling.

Since each fuel refill can incur a transaction fee, filling your vehicle to full capacity and only refuelling when necessary, is an opportunity for you to save.

Possible reasons why your vehicle was refuelled more than once within a day

  • The driver(s) isn’t filling the vehicle to full capacity.
  • The driver(s) used a full tank of fuel.
