Insurance Claims
Insurance assessors and tradespeople are standing by to provide support, relocate vehicles and assess damage as soon as safe access is available. If you plan on making a vehicle insurance claim for a Fleetcare managed vehicle, please contact us on 134 333 prior to contacting your insurer so that we can provide assistance during the claims process.
Vehicle Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Please do not attempt to drive your vehicle if there is significant damage and avoid any areas that may not be safe. For information on road closures around current incidents, please review your state-based emergency alert website.

Hire Car
If you require a hire car, you are able to access discounted car hire through Fleetcare’s national partnership with Europcar. Simply book your hire vehicle via this link and the discount will be automatically applied.
Fuel Supply
Our key fuel suppliers are updating their websites regularly. If you are unable to purchase fuel using your Fleetcare fuel cards, please contact us on 134 333.
Roadside Assistance
If you require emergency roadside assistance within an affected area or as part of a forced evacuation, please contact 000. For all other roadside assistance requirements, please call us on 134 333.
Shipping of Fuel Cards, Electronic Tollway Tags & Telematics
Please note that there may be some delays in postage of fuel cards, e-TAGs or telematics hardware. We will aim to provide accurate ETAs wherever possible.

Tyre supply
Some individual stores may see delays on specialist tyres or stock if they have been affected by road closures in the short term.
Who should I contact if a Fleetcare managed asset has been damaged?
Please call Fleetcare on 134 333 and we can help you through the insurance process, as well as ensure the cancellation of fuel cards if necessary. Fleetcare can also assist in arranging replacement vehicle hire if needed.
