How do I claim my reward?
Simply complete the enquiry form on this page and enter your friend’s unique referral code. If you go ahead with a novated lease and it settles, both you and your friend will each receive an Eftpos gift card.
What reward will I get?
You’ll receive an Eftpos gift card valued at the amount promoted on our website at the time you enquire. Your friend will receive the same reward.
When will I get my gift card?
Your Eftpos card will be posted to you after your novated lease has been approved and settled. We’ll send it out as soon as possible following settlement.
Can I still qualify if I’ve had a Fleetcare novated lease before?
This offer is only available to new Fleetcare novated lease customers. A “new customer” means you haven’t had a Fleetcare novated lease in the last 12 months.
Do I need to tell my friend’s name straight away?
Yes - to qualify, you must give us your friend’s name when you first contact Fleetcare. If you don’t mention them at the initial enquiry, we can’t apply the referral reward later.
Will my friend know I enquired?
No. Fleetcare will not share your details with the person who referred you. They’ll only be told that a successful referral has been made once your novated lease settles.
Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
This program is separate from other Fleetcare business and workplace offers. If you’d like to explore other promotions available through your employer, please speak with your Fleetcare account manager.
*Terms and conditions: 1. The referrer must be an existing Fleetcare Novated Lease customer to participate in this promotion at the time that the referred friend’s lease has settled. 2. The referred friend must be a new customer of Fleetcare. A ‘new customer’ is defined as an individual who has not had a novated lease with Fleetcare in the last twelve months. 3. The program excludes the refinance of residual values and re-novations. 4. The dollar value of the Eftpos card is as promoted on our website at the time of referral. 5. To receive the Eftpos card, the Novated Lease Customer’s name must be given at the initial point of contact with Fleetcare by the referred person. 6. The benefit cannot be redeemed for cash. 7. The Eftpos card cannot be issued until the referred friend is approved and the Novated Lease has settled. 8. The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively. 9. Eftpos cards will be issued via post as soon as possible following settlement. 10. The benefit cannot be transferred to another person or party. 11. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. 12. You cannot refer yourself for a subsequent lease. 13. The person you are referring must be aware of the benefit you receive. 14. This program only applies to the referral of friends which remains at the sole discretion of Fleetcare to determine eligibility. It does not apply to authorised signatories, payroll, directors or persons of influence referring work colleagues within the same organisation. Fleetcare has separate promotional campaigns that are available to businesses to promote the benefits of novated leasing within an organisation. Please contact your account manager to discuss such opportunities further. 15. This offer is subject to availability. 16. Fleetcare reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Fleetcare reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to remove your access to this program if you breach our fair and acceptable use policy, or we have otherwise formed the view that you are scamming this program. Privacy: to participate in this program, existing customers must disclose to their friend that they are an existing customer of Fleetcare and will be eligible to receive a refer a friend benefit.
