Our Melbourne team are operating remotely, and all meetings will be done via Teams, Skype, GoToMeeting, Zoom or your preferred conferencing facility. All other offices located across Australia remain open, and we are fully operational to serve you.

Stage four lockdown effect on automotive industry

Petrol stations and service centres located in Melbourne remain open. As a Fleetcare customer, you have access to BP, Shell and Caltex fuel stations. To help slow the spread of Coronavirus, be sure to safely fuel your vehicle. You can also consider downloading a ‘pay from your car’ mobile app such as BP Plus.

Vehicle service centres remain open and all Fleetcare’s approved supplier network are following rigorous hygiene procedures and social distancing measures. Along with on-site work, some tyre centres are also offering a mobile tyre service. You can locate a service centre near you using our Fleetcare Finder or by making a booking through our Client Services team.

If you are staying home and driving less, we’ve put together some tips to care for your vehicle and avoid potential maintenance issues. If you must travel for essential purposes, we do have car cleaning kits for your vehicle and for those with multiple business vehicles, these can be arranged too. For more information about our cleaning kits, please contact your Account Manager.

Fleetcare continue to monitor the situation around car dealerships and delivery of vehicles. If you require a vehicle for personal or business use, Fleetcare will work with our dealer network and provide delivery information as it becomes available.

Our thoughts are with you and your families during this time and we hope you are safe and well. If you have any questions regarding the above or require support during this time, please do not hesitate to contact Fleetcare on 134 333.

Kind regards,
Nigel Malcolm
