Typically when thinking of electric vehicles (EV’s) the first word that comes to mind is underwhelming - both in terms of power and design. This perception is about to change, with major auto makers creating innovative, exciting and sometimes bizarre electric car concepts. Take a look at some of our favourites!

 The Fiat Phylla (Greek for “leaf”) is an adorably designed city car concept.

The Nissan Pivo 2 concept takes the term “bubble car” to a whole new level. This two-seater commuter can even have conversations with its occupants!

The Peugeot Moovie is one of the more far-fetched EV design concepts out there. So far it has only been designed as a non-working prototype and there are no plans to build a functioning version.
