How does a Novated Lease work?

By entering into a Fleetcare Novated Lease, monthly lease repayments are deducted from employees' pre-tax salaries which may lower income tax rates and increase disposable income.

Vehicle operating costs including maintenance, fuel cards, registration and insurance can also be included in the Novated Lease. Not to mention the bonus of not paying GST on vehicle expenses thanks to the employers tax status. So both employer and employee benefit from a Novated Lease.
