Our philosophy with reporting is to reduce the time that you spend obtaining, transferring and analysing information about your fleet. We make it simple.

Real time information. fleetmanager is available nationwide 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is in real time, always current and clients can choose to submit updates online at any time.

Instant access. Instant access to information on fleetmanager saves you time. It gives you the ability to monitor fleet performance and make informed decisions about your fleet.

fleetmanager provides you with the ability to update your own information; fuel card ordering, driver changes, FBT validation and more are available online. Alternatively you can contact us by phone, fax or email to advise us of these changes and we will do them for you. The choice is yours.

Easy downloads. We have made reporting available that you can download in flat file formats. For example, vehicle and driver histories.

Driver Alert communicates critical issues such as due for service, missing odometer readings, and recalls with your drivers via the mobile phone network Short Message Service (SMS) or email.

Unlimited reporting profiles allow us to tailor reporting and access solutions to meet your requirements. Your fleet can be dissected down to region, zone, cost centre and driver levels. Multiple level access and reporting ensures you and your staff only receive the information you require.

e-report provides you with desktop reporting delivered to your email address. With the ability to create unlimited reporting profiles with fleetmanager, you and your staff will get what you need, when you need it. 

One bill for all of your fleet transactions is delivered to you on the 1st working day of the month. Without fail!
