Fleetcare provide experienced, on-the-spot accident management support by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fleetcare co-ordinate all the administration from start to finish, saving your employees from getting too involved in the process. We manage all parties so paperwork can be completed quickly and repairs can begin.
Fleetcare’s Accident Management Features:
- Co-ordination, movement and handling of the vehicle. We arrange for prompt repairs when needed
- Review and approval of repair quotations before work proceeds
- Progress updates of every repair. We won’t approve work unless it’s been completed properly
For the safety of your drivers and your fleet, Fleetcare can also provide Driver Education Programmes.
