Our Culture 

In 1989 Nigel Malcolm had a vision.  To stand out from other fleet management organisations.  His point of difference… independence.  In developing a custom driven approach to fleet management, within the business Nigel developed another point of difference… Fleetcare’s human capability.

While we are big enough to make a difference in our industry, we have managed to develop an organisational culture that feels like a large family.  While we are professional, customer driven and passionate we still like to have a bit of fun!

If the “proof is in the pudding” our ingredients consist of:

• 10% of staff who have been with Fleetcare for 10 years or more;
• talented individuals possessing various qualifications including Chartered Accountants, MBA and Commerce graduates, Leasing and Finance specialists, qualified mechanics, and many more;
• staff undergoing continuous professional development;
• a pinch of passion and on-the-job training;
• and a drop or two of anything car-related!
