Log on to your novated lease portal and you’ll find all your account information at your fingertips. You can access reports, update your personal details and take advantage of a range of online tools that are likely to come in useful. Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password – you can request a new one online and it will be with you in just a few seconds.
As long as they are legitimate vehicle operating expenses, you just need a valid tax receipt to claim the money back. Log on to your novated lease portal and you can submit your invoices online for reimbursement. Payment will be with you in just a few days.
If your account is in credit, we simply reimburse the full amount back to your employer who will pass it on to you via the normal payroll system. Or if you want to take out another lease, the credit can be rolled over to help pay for your new vehicle costs.
The best thing to do is contact your account manager who will adjust your salary deduction and bring your payments back in line. You can amend your account at any time throughout your lease.
